Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer, product availability, destination, and freight carrier scheduling. Estimated delivery times will be communicated whenever possible.
Freight Deliveries
Many of our wellness systems are large, heavy, or specialized equipment and will be delivered via freight carrier. Customers may be contacted by the freight company to schedule delivery.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is any visible damage before signing for delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the claims process.

Currently, we ship within the US (lower 48 states) only.
Elevation Wellness Collection is an authorized retailer that partners directly with established manufacturers and distributors. Many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer whenever possible to ensure product authenticity, quality, and efficient delivery.
