Return Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our products, return eligibility and refund terms may vary by manufacturer.
Eligible return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Customers should contact Elevation Wellness Collection directly prior to initiating a return request. Our support team will review the applicable manufacturer's policy and provide return instructions. Products that have been used, damaged, customized, or shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to restrictions, restocking fees, or may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected; subject to manufacturer requirements and applicable supplier policies.
